ENCOUNTER MINISTRY COVID-19 RESPONSE
Dear Encounter Family,
We hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits!
We at Encounter Ministry have and always will have the health and well being of our servers, attendees and staff at the forefront of our attention as we seek to accomplish all that God has called and commissioned us to do.
In response to the situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we understand that there are many opinions of how to respond and we do not take any decisions lightly. Encounter leadership has prayed and discussed our options and we are pursuing a policy of responsibility and respect.
Encounter Ministry will abide by the recommendations of local, state and federal authorities.

Upcoming ENCOUNTERS Update:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have cancelled the following Encounters.
MEN'S ENCOUNTER - MARCH 20th-22nd, 2020 - CANCELLED
ASHES TO BEAUTY - APRIL 17th-19th, 2020 - CANCELLED
MEN'S ENCOUNTER - MAY M.E. MOVED TO JUNE
ASHES TO BEAUTY - JUNE A2B MOVED TO JULY
This decision was not made lightly or without prayer. Nor was this decision made due to fear of any virus, but out of honor of the requests made by our government leaders. We will observe the request to cancel all social events of 10 or more people. We encourage everyone affected by this to remain connected via the Encounter Ministry App which is available on iTunes and Google stores.
For those of you who have purchased registrations for either of these events, you will be receiving an email and a coupon code to register for one of our future events. This code will be redeemable through April 2021. Over the next few days, please be watching for this email and if you do not receive it by Tuesday, March 24th, contact registration at Registration@EncounterMinistry.org.
